Hi Superwoman, I’m Dr. Ashley.
I’m an Entrepreneur, a Wearer of Many Hats, a Sought-After Speaker, and a Recovering Perfectionist.
I’ve spent my career as a Naturopathic Doctor working with busy women to help them understand their hormones, recover from (and prevent) burnout, and break the mold of what it means to live a life you truly love.
With an eight-month waitlist at our Halifax, Nova Scotia clinic, I built the Superwoman Code Suite to help you access the same tools I use with my patients every day. From being aware of your hormones to designing systems and routines for your hormonal fluctuations, to understanding where you sit on the burnout axis, to actually doing something about it. These courses are ever-evolving to pass on my knowledge to you.
Why? Because I believe that our health can work for us. Every day. Even on the “bad days.” I want you to feel like you can finally take a breath in this world, slow down (while technically speeding up) and live your life the way you want to.
